Mandy Alvarado is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (LADAC II), and EMDR-trained therapist specializing in trauma, substance use disorders, and mental health treatment. A graduate of Austin Peay State University, she has served Freeman Recovery Center in various clinical and leadership roles over the past five years, and currently serves as Counseling Supervisor for Freeman Health Partners.

Mandy is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Guided by her own experience of receiving support during difficult times, she is committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that empowers lasting change.
