About Freeman Recovery Center
Freeman Recovery Center began on an air mattress in our founder’s mother’s basement, built on a simple belief: people matter. Today we care for hundreds of Tennesseans across a full continuum of treatment, from medically monitored detox through residential care, PHP, IOP, outpatient services, recovery housing, and lifelong alumni support, all under one organization. You never have to start over with a new provider as your needs change, because your team already knows your story.
That care is held to the highest standards in the industry. Freeman is accredited by The Joint Commission, LegitScript certified, a member of the NAATP, and licensed by the state of Tennessee. More than half of our staff are in recovery themselves, so the people guiding you understand what you are facing. With locations in Burns and Dickson, just west of Nashville, help is close by whenever you are ready.
